Founded in 1967 by the late Andre Lala, Lala Chicken
started as a 20 SQM family business restaurant in
Achrafieh- Lebanon, to soon become “the” ultimate
destination for grilled chicken lovers.
Renown for its unique marinated charcoal grilled chicken
(known as the “King”) with its famous homemade garlic
sauce created by the owner himself and for its delicious
chicken sandwiches, Lala Chicken’s legacy was taken over
in 2008 by the daughters of the late Andre Lala, whom
have preserved the special cachet of the Restaurant, its
“feels-like-home” atmosphere and its legendary recipes,
while keeping up with market competition and demand.
With a vision to expand their brand into an international
chain of restaurants, the Lala sisters have enhanced the
original menu by adding to it Lebanese traditional starters
and dishes and have established multiple branches in
Lebanon, which all have in common the magic of the first
founded Lala Chicken Restaurant.
