A video now circulating on social media shows the woman visibly frustrated, shouting at the minister over the traffic chaos caused by the demonstration.

In the video on your screen shows, a police officer asking the woman to lower her voice,while the Minister remaining calm throughout the exchange. The woman later moved away from the spot.

Eyewitnesses said the woman had been stuck in traffic for over an hour while trying to reach her child.
