Stonecutter, a newly completed 13-storey, 245,000-square-foot office building in the City of London, establishes a new benchmark for sustainable development.
Constructed on existing foundations and using low-carbon materials, it achieves an embodied carbon score below the London Plan’s aspirational 600 kg CO₂/m² target—the lowest recorded for a major new build in the Square Mile.
