Want to make your regular old pushups a bit more challenging? You're in luck because today I'm going to show you how to do banded pushups! Rather than adding weight which can set you up for strain and injury, the use of resistance bands does not create additional joint stress, and in fact, can assist with correct posture through each stage of the exercise.
Pro Tip: if the band gives you some discomfort on the back of the arms, wear a shirt that has sleeves to protect against this friction!
