Acoustic Guitar Repair!
The Neck is off, but now we have little broken bits of soundboard under the fretboard extension as well as loose bracing inside. In this video I will carefully remove the damaged material from under the fretboard extension, re-glue the headblock and bracing, rebuild and reinstall the pieces of soundboard, reinforce the weakened areas with a new spruce patch, seal it all up with some GluBoost superglue and accelerator, and by the end of it we'll be ready to start putting the neck back on.
