Описание: Want to know how we prepped for the hard freeze? We learned this method from a book by Eliot Coleman, called The Winter Harvest Handbook. As you can see, we got all the way down to 13 degrees (!). We were pretty worried that we were going to find trays of frozen plants in the morning. They came through with no problems at all. Now, we'll be able to stay on schedule with our crop plan, and some of these will soon be transplanted in our high tunnels. Big win for us and a big load off of our shoulders.
