If you follow our channel you'll have come to realize that Wise Watches out of Thailand have quickly become my favorite watch Microbrand. In under a year I have purchased three of their watches. For the first time though one of their watches won't make it into my personal collection of six (soon to be eight) watches.

It's not because it's a bad watch. On the contrary it's an exceptional watch. One of the nicest looking and executed watches I've ever seen at it's price point. What keeps me from adding it to my collection is me. My own physical limitations make this watch, actually any GMT watch unwearable for me. My poor eyesight just doesn't allow for it.

A GMT dial is somewhat busy. Not as busy as a World Timer or Chronograph with three sub dials, but busy enough to make it difficult to read at a glance if you don't have the best vision. In fact while trying this watch on for a few days I twice mistook the time because the outer 24 hour bezel stands out so much. It stands out even more at night of course because of the excellent lume application.

For someone who likes a classically designed GMT that looks every bit the part dressed up or worn to the office. Well this watch is perfect. I would say it's better than most watches with similar designs that are 5 times it's price. I wish my eyes were better so that I could enjoy it on wrist as much as I enjoy looking at it through a macro lens.
