Ingredients:
1 cup chana daal 150 gm (4–5 ghante bhigi hui)
3 medium pyaz (barik kati hui)
2 hari mirch (barik kati hui) ya paste.
1/2 tsp jeera
1/4 tsp haldi powder
1 pinch hing (optional)
2 tbsp hara dhaniya (kata hua)
Namak swad anusar
Tel talne ke liye
Step-by-Step Method:
Step 1: Daal Taiyar Karna
Sabse pehle chana daal ko achhi tarah dho kar 4–5 ghante ke liye bhigo dein.
Bhigne ke baad pani nikal dein.
Step 2: Grinding
Daal ko mixer me daal kar bareek grind karein.
Dhyan rahe fine paste banayein, pakode crispy or soft bante hain.
Step 3: Mixture Banana
Ek bade bowl me pisi hui daal nikaal lein.achhe se fete fluffy hone tk.
Isme pyaz, hari mirch, jeera, haldi, hing, hara dhaniya aur namak daal kar achhi tarah mix karein.
Agar mixture zyada thick ho to 1–2 chamach pani daal sakte hain, lekin patla na karein.
Step 4: Pakode Talna
Kadhai me tel medium heat par garam karein.
Haath ya chamach ki madad se chhote portions tel me daalein.
Medium flame par pakodon ko golden brown aur crispy hone tak tal lein.
Beech beech me palat te rahein.
Step 5: Serve
Pakode ko tissue paper par nikaal kar extra tel absorb hone dein.
Garam garam pakode hari chutney ya imli chutney ke saath serve karein.
