Arthur Claude Strachan
Born in 1865, in Edinburgh, Scotland, Arthur Claude Strachan was a fine landscape watercolorist, and is best known for his beautiful and sentimental pictures of flower-wreathed cottages and village scenes. He moved throughout Great Britain in order to paint the country life which he loved to portray.
