2024年6月30日(日)大雨を期待しながら伊丹空港へ行ってきました。
強い雨は早朝の時間帯だけでしたが、かわりに強風が吹きだし、旅客機のクラビング（カニ歩き）から着陸態勢にもっていくパイロットさんたちの素晴らしい操縦技術をたくさん撮らせていただきました。

雨のシーンは久しぶりにGH6の綺麗な4K120Pの映像を撮りたくて撮影してみましたが、以前はこんなにAF合わなかったかなというくらいにピントが合わなくて使えないシーンやカットするシーンがありました。
本格的にAFを使っての撮影が久しぶりだったので感覚が鈍っていたのかもしれません。最後のほうはMFで撮るようになりました。

強風の場面からはα6700に替えて撮影しましたが、こちらは飛行機認識があるのでカニ歩きしている旅客機を画面の端に配置したり、いろんなシーンを撮ることができて楽しかったです。
けど、4K120Pはかなりクロップされ、画素数も削られるので特に夜は4K60Pでの撮影しかダメかもという感想はいつも持っています。
4K120Pで撮れるという強みはあるのでどちらのカメラも楽しんで使えていますが、飛行機認識、像面位相差を積んだGH7　欲しい。。。

On Sunday, June 30, 2024, I went to Itami Airport hoping for heavy rain.
The heavy rain only occurred in the early morning hours, but instead strong winds started to blow, and I was able to capture a lot of amazing piloting skills of the pilots who brought the passenger planes from crab walking to landing position.

I wanted to take beautiful 4K120P footage with the GH6 for the first time in a while, but there were some scenes that were unusable and had to be cut because the focus was not correct, which made me wonder if the AF had been so good before.
It may have been a long time since I had used AF properly, so my senses had dulled. I started shooting with MF towards the end.

I switched to the α6700 for the scenes with strong winds, and since this has airplane recognition, I was able to place the crab-walking passenger plane at the edge of the screen and capture various scenes, which was fun.
However, 4K120P is cropped quite a bit and the number of pixels is reduced, so I always feel that 4K60P may be the only option, especially at night.
I enjoy using both cameras because they have the advantage of being able to shoot in 4K120P, but I want the GH7 with its airplane recognition and image plane phase detection...
