INTERPOL's Project Litmus provides law enforcement, first responders, investigators, as well as health and environmental authorities, with the skills and knowledge to detect, investigate and successfully prosecute those involved in planning, preparing or committing a chemical and explosive attack.
As part of the Litmus project, a video was produced to raise awareness of early warning indicators of chemical attacks in preparation, and how best to report such cases to the appropriate authorities.
First responders have a duty to protect the public. If you see any suspicious activity, be sure to report the incident directly to your local authorities.
