A family in Colombia has filed a murder complaint against Pete Hegseth after the father of the family was killed in one of the Trump administration's drone attacks on boats in the Caribbean. The complaint was filed with the Inter-American Commission on Human Rights, and it could have serious ramifications for Hegseth and other members of the administration if the Commission chooses to go forward with actual criminal charges. This could be the first step in a lengthy process that could eventually rope in the International Criminal Court, as Farron Cousins explains.
