Diginet COZI TV is now encrypted on all free-to-air satellites. It was available FTA in the clear on satellites 105 West C-band, 103 West KU band, and most recently 99.2 West KU band. It is widely avaliable over the air with a TV antenna. Part of the FTA satellite hobby- channels come and go. Apparently COZI TV is moving to a streaming and OTA delivery model only (see link below):
