Elnetra is one of the two legendary Pokémon for Xi - A Dark/Cyber type.
Elnetra was once a respected and regal dragon in service to their charge, but when that charge was lost at the turn of the information age, Elnetra cast off its draconic heritage to become one with cyberspace to defend the honor of its master's legacy as it was transcribed incorrectly.
Now, it is trapped deep within the wires and servers of the internet - becoming slowly corrupted by the fragmented information that resides there as it tries to piece together how the world has moved on without it.
