Gluten-Free & Lactose-Free
Ingredients:
15 king prawns (without shell)
Flour coating before adding the batter:
2 tbsp gluten-free self-raising white flour
For the batter:
7 heaped tbsp gluten-free self-raising white flour
1/2 tsp salt
1/3 tsp black pepper
1/3 tsp cayenne power
Mix and add water as needed to make a thick batter (not too thick)- about 200ml water
