Streams, performances, radio, etc… - everything. After your purchase, no further legal steps are needed.

The only difference between the exclusive and non-exclusive lease is the non-exclusive lease is sold inclusively to multiple buyers and remains on sale and on the market after purchase. The exclusive lease, however, is sold to one buyer and goes off the market after purchase. The exclusive lease is for artists who don’t want their beat sold to multiple others.
