Описание: This is the first episode of a brand new series of magazine shows dedicated to show jumping for equestrian fans worldwide.

The Insider will be broadcast on GCTV on Wednesday at 7pm (CET) after each Longines Global Champions Tour and GCL event in 2020. The show will follow the incredible stories of the LGCT individual and GCL team series with expert analysis and backstage insights. Special guests will entertain fans with their take on the high stakes rollercoaster ride of the teams in the GCL and the highs and lows of the battle to dominate the LGCT series.


Presented by expert commentator Frederik De Backer, The Insider will take viewers on a 30-minute journey of thrilling stories from the world’s premier show jumping circuit where the best riders and horses are guaranteed at every event. Top riders, team owners, managers and well-known equestrian personalities will appear on The Insider with fascinating statistics and graphics about the circuit as it travels the world.


The first episode kicks off with special guest Jessica Kürten, two-time Olympic rider and Team Manager for the Prague Lions. The opening show will focus on analysis of the season kick off in Doha, reflecting on the performances of the world’s leading riders and horses in the LGCT and GCL. Frederik and Jessica will then look forward to LGCT Mexico City, and take us through their thoughts and predictions for the second leg of the series.
