Testing the New Dueling Tree. It worked great free standing, I didn't have to put any sand bags on it. I tested it with the 22LR plates with Remington Thunderbolts. I demonstrated how to easy it is to change out the plates. And I tested the Centerfire plates with 45ACP and 9MM. Overall I am very happy with the results.
I did find that depending on where the shot lands on the plate determines how fast it rotates around. Shots hit close to the hinge have less chance to rotate around. Shots hitting on outer edge of the plate farthest from the hinge swing the plate around fast. This effect is more noticeable on the 22LR plates.
