What kid doesn't love pizza?! This is a quick and easy way to pack a delicious homemade pizza without all the work of making dough or the mess. Pita pizzas are fast and easy and so delicious - and is a great way to use up some leftovers, sneak in some healthy goodness and have your kids asking for more!

In this lunch:
Whole grain wheat pita pizzas made with roasted chicken and broccoli leftovers, tomato sauce, pumpkin carrot and sweet potato puree and cheese on a bed of lettuce (pitas rom Pita Break)
Carrot and cucumber faux fries made with a crinkle cutter
Clementine with raspberry center and cherry tomatoes
Roasted chickpea snacks
Shredded Carrots topped with black berries and strawberries
