Light Arcanine Restoration (RARE DOUBLE SWIRL) - Major Crease Damage

In this video, I restore a heavily creased back while preserving the integrity of the card and protecting that beautiful double swirl holo. Light Arcanine is already one of the most sought-after Neo Destiny cards — but finding one with strong holo placement AND major damage? That’s a challenge.
