How I solved the error "Failed to load Window Layout" in Unity

Описание: In this video we see how I solved the error "Failed to load window layout " in Unity, a quite annoying error that left me without access to the project.
What I did was to replace a damaged project file with a healthy project file. The file we are looking for is located inside a folder called "Library" and its name is "Custom-Layout", apparently it is the file where the window layout we have in our project is stored.
