Check my other longplays (mostly in HD quality) on my channel. If you really liked my videos, don't forget to subscribe. Blazing Star is the 1998 horizontal shoot'em up game developed by the Yumekobo company. It is a sequel to the Pulstar released in 1995.

Blazing Star is a quite hard game for newcomers and for those who don't know how to use selected plane. I suggest to all of you to turn on the autofire - then it gets really easy. Planes are very different in use, and we've got six of them with unique traits:
Hellhound is a balanced spaceship in firepower and speed.
Windina is very powerful when you turn on the autofire. It has got a very wide area primary attack
Aryustailm is for sure not a plane for beginners. Very weak primary attack but it's charged attack with limited range deals very high damage and nullify bullets. Only for experienced players.
Peplos deals the highest damage with turned on autofire. It's the only ship that doesn't need to powerup.
Dino-135 is a type of defensive spaceship. It owns two small satellites which block enemy projectiles.
Dino-246 is a typical defensive spaceship. Your ship is fully protected from projectiles from the front, very useful against 3rd and final boss.
