🍪 CHEWY CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES (from https://sallysbakingaddiction.com/che...)
Ingredients
225g unsalted butter, softened
200g brown sugar
100g white sugar
2 large eggs (room temp)
2 tsp vanilla extract
300g plain flour
1 tsp baking soda
½ tsp salt
200–250g chocolate chips or chunks

Baking Instructions
Cream butter, brown sugar, and white sugar until smooth and fluffy.
Add eggs one at a time, then mix in vanilla.
In a separate bowl, whisk flour, baking soda, and salt.
Combine dry and wet ingredients until just mixed.
Fold in chocolate chips.
Chill dough for at least 1 hour (overnight for chewier cookies).
Scoop onto a lined tray and bake at 175°C for 10–12 min until soft and lightly golden.
Let them rest on the tray for 5–10 min before eating for maximum chewiness.
