Sorry for the slight hiatus! KatsuCon threw me off a little bit, but I'll do my best to be prepared for setbacks like that in the future. I've been wanting to get to topics like this for a while now - I'm by no means any sort of expert on sewing, so I'm probably lacking in a lot of information, but as someone self-taught, this was what I learned in my 5 years so far! Of course, I still have a lot to learn, but hopefully this stuff will be useful to others that are also beginning as self-taught sewers!
