Vik Ho - At the Shore (Full EP) At the Shore is a 4-track instrumental EP from Vik Ho, a Hamburg-based Hungarian guitarist and producer. The record draws influence from progressive rock, ambient, and psychedelic music. Vik combines various genres in his instrumental music. He was deeply influenced by the hypnotic / ethereal nature of Kyuss in his younger years. Another important influence were all of the space / krautrock bands that had a repetitive but deeply musical approach. The result is a deliberate synthesis—a guitar-driven sound that maintains the energy of rock while drawing from a broad geographical and cultural palette.
