God answered every single one of our prayers and did abundantly more than we could have ever asked for. His presence was so tangible and we truly felt Him with us. There are no words to describe the euphoric joy, peace and gratitude we felt.

Eight days after our due date, our baby was welcomed into the world at home, into water, in an atmosphere of worship and into Mommy and Dada’s arms, with our family by our side.

God created the woman’s body to birth and bring life. We are made to do this. It shouldn’t be scary or painful like the world portrays it to be.

Also, throughout my pregnancy I read the book "Supernatural Childbirth" by Jackie Mize and listened to the app "Christian Hypnobirthing". Both were life changing for me and God used them to break off all fear I had of childbirth and death. I listened to them almost daily and became so confident in my ability to give birth supernaturally and knew God had a special encounter planned for us. I also took the birth course "Pain Free Birth" one week before I gave birth and what I learned helped me tremendously during the intense phases of labor!
