Papad Tacos | Easy & Healthy Snack | Party Snack | 10-Minute Recipe
📝 Ingredients
1 cup chopped cucumber
1 cup chopped tomatoes
1 cup chopped onion
1 cup chopped capsicum
Papad
1 tsp black pepper powder
1 tsp black salt
1 tsp ketchup
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
1 packet Lays wafers (crushed)
Mayonnaise
👩🍳 Method:
Turn the gas on and heat a pan.
Roast the papad on low flame. While still warm, gently bend it into a taco shape and let it cool.
In a mixing bowl, add cucumber, tomatoes, onion, capsicum, black pepper powder, black salt, ketchup, coriander leaves, and lemon juice.
Mix everything well.
Take the roasted papad taco and fill it with the prepared stuffing.
Sprinkle crushed wafers on top for extra crunch.
Drizzle mayonnaise over it.
Serve immediately and enjoy this easy, healthy, and crunchy snack.
💡 Tips:
Roast papad on low flame to avoid burning.
Add boiled corn or sprouts for extra nutrition.
Replace mayonnaise with hung curd or yogurt dip for a healthier version.
