In this Inquiry Session, we explore the recent doctoral research of Dr. Jacques Joseph, Dean of Students at Loyola School in New York City. His study explores the lived experiences of black faculty members within Jesuit schools as well as their perception on school leadership to hire for diversity. The study is anchored in the post-Floyd era and how Jesuit school leadership embraced and adapted to this era, with a particular emphasis on examining barriers to diversifying faculty in Jesuit institutions.
