We finally have a new entry in the Lumines series: Lumines Arise is here!
I'll be honest, this game still doesn't feel real to me. I was not expecting Lumines to get the Tetris Effect treatment, but here it is, and boy is it glorious! What a gorgeous and well-made game!
Similarly to Tetris Effect, skins are initially introduced via a segmented Journey mode, but after you clear every area, you unlock Survival, which is equivalent to the marathon-styled Challenge modes from prior games. It's a long one, and it's full of amazing skins! In my opinion they did a fantastic job, and every skin is beautifully crafted.
If you're a fan of Lumines, you owe it to yourself to pick this one up. It's available on Steam & PS5 now!
