Leomon's Theme in original Digimon World 1 OST is a short one. That is why I, eluukkanen, decided to add themes and parts to it to make it even better and longer. While Digimon World music have great songs, some have to be restricted due memory space. Sometimes when making remakes, such as Digimon World remakes, it's easy to make changes people won't like. But with this theme I really wanted to expand on it and make it a great addition for Digimon World game experience. Koji Yamada made a great basis for a great theme!

Digimon World has always had variety of themes, but only a few for specific characters in the video game. Leomon is one significant character that always had trouble in Digimon anime, but is very heroic Digimon fighting for justice in the world. Leomon has a total opposite character than his rival Ogremon. Leomon and Ogremon play significant role in Digimon World 1 story and having a proper, yet short theme, is very fitting for them.

Digimon World is a video game by Bandai on the PlayStation, released in 1999, about the Digimon virtual pets. It was followed by various sequels released for the PlayStation and other platforms. The story focuses on a human brought to File City on File Island by Jijimon to save the island. Digimon have been losing their memories and becoming feral and the city has fallen into disarray. The goal of the player, who is represented by an unnamed young boy, is to save the island by helping Digimon recover their memory and return to the city.
