Fresh start I need to setup a Godot 4 project and create everything neccessary to use our development tools. Afterwards we will do some project planing and create concept of this new indie game. I started from scratch and created our first documents in Codecks as project planing tool. I introduced myself, the studio and the project a little bit more. We defined the idea behind the project and the first goals and milestones. I tried to show off my approach on how to structure and plan my game and which tools I use for it. We also setup the fundamentals of the coding project, git and Godot 4. With the tileset the first struggle become real since my assets aren't prepared and in Godot 4 the tileset changed a lot. So we ended day 1 and I will prepare the knowledge about Tileset in Godot 4 for Day 2 tomorrow. Make sure to join:
