The Kodachrome Time Machine channel is designed to show you a sliver of life in a past time. It’s not unusual for people to become nostalgic for the past when current times are tumultuous. With today’s political climate and the pandemic, we are certainly ripe for such thinking. But these videos are not meant to show that the world was a perfect place ‘back then’, just different. And it certainly was quite different. But, as with every time, there were many bad things happening then. I hope that seeing these images will motivate you to keep what was good about the past, while working to solve today’s problems.
