In this reflection, I’m led through John 9 and John 3:19, and what unfolds is not just Scripture, but lived experience.
For years, fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue were active in my life — not as punishment, not as failure, but as a language my body was speaking. Through Jesus, forgiveness, and the gradual return to love, the foundation was laid for a deep inner transformation that eventually brought complete symptom resolution.
This video is not about “fixing” the body.
It’s about how light reveals, how love restores, and how healing happens when we stop interpreting pain as something to fear or condemn.
As Jesus shows in John 9, healing exists so that the works of God may be revealed. And as John 3:19 reminds us, light doesn’t shame — it invites us to see what’s been hidden and choose love instead.
My hope is that this reflection offers gentleness, understanding, and permission — especially for those whose bodies have been carrying more than words ever could.
🕊️ Healing is not bypassing the body.
🕊️ Forgiveness is not forgetting — it’s releasing.
🕊️ And love is far more deeply embedded in us than we’ve been taught to believe.
