Описание: Weekly Thursday night Healthy Mental Practices workshop with Deb @TheKinkShrink.

This is a free, audio recorded (for a pod cast) regular weekly workshop 19:00 - 20:30 hrs UK time on Zoom for kinksters, poly people etc where I cover anything you want me to.

Often nowadays, questions come in a week ahead, so the ability to ask on the day is limited and may be the set up for week after, so please drop me a line in advance. The workshops are an hour and a half, I will try and leave 15 mins for questions asked on the day or they'll be carried over to the next week?

Please use chat on the right of the zoom video to ask or comment. I will read out comments and questions and anonymously if requested.

The workshops, podcast have ended up costing me for a professional Zoom, equipment and hosting and they’re 4/8 extra hours a week :-) which is fine, so...

I have created a Patreon and Kofi page if you want to help out towards those costs regularly or as a one off as I am carrying them on and don’t want to charge. I love doing them and clearly I gain a lot and with a pod cast coming too, it is all costly
