Shirring is controversial, but it helps to make clothes more adaptive and I think it can be done in a really attractive way! Join me as I develop a comfortable and sturdy shirring-effect technique using recycled elastic for this summer dress!
I used about 4 yards of a linen/cotton blend fabric, 9 total short elastic pieces, and a ton of white cotton thread.
