Kids + Adult Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu class with a safety-first structure: focus rules, breakfalls, grip breaking, positional control games, and clean entries—then an adult/advanced section on standing grip fighting, takedown entries, a “pogo stick” pass/takedown concept, leg control details, and a cross-body pin checklist.
