Описание: A beautiful intergenerational musical moment for the residents at Silvercreek Senior Living. In this special duet, Elizabeth Houston (harp) performs alongside her granddaughter Libby Link (violin), creating a warm and lovely atmosphere through music.

We are deeply grateful to Elizabeth and Libby for sharing their talents and making the afternoon so memorable for the Silvercreek residents.

Elizabeth Houston – Harp

Elizabeth Houston began studying harp with her mother, Ruth Moore Cobb, the first harpist of the Memphis Symphony Orchestra, and later served for six years as harpist with the Memphis Youth Symphony. She continued her harp studies as a performance major in college and in New York City while completing a Master of Christian Education at Princeton Theological Seminary. After returning to Memphis in the 1990s, she performed professionally with area churches, appeared occasionally with the Memphis Symphony Orchestra, and played for numerous weddings and special events. Elizabeth continues to share her love of the harp and especially enjoys accompanying her granddaughter Libby.

Libby Link – Violin

Libby Link is a violinist in the Advanced String Orchestra at White Station High School. She enjoys sharing music with the community and especially treasures performing alongside her grandmother.
