In this video I summarize the research from the last 40 years about the effect of breastfeeding and cow milk on type 1 diabetes, and oh boy is it crazy. Turns out that cow milk protein may be a huge trigger of the disease, because of antibodies catching things they are not supposed to catch. Type 1 diabetes is just a big misunderstanding between the immune system and the beta-cells, but we can change that!
