Preview this very special Machine Embroidery Crazy Quilt block. It has been created because of the 2020 Covid-19 pandemic. I have long pondered the frightening situation we all face and how best to cope with the concern we have for our loved ones. In the first of two videos I reveal part of this block and take you through attaching the silk dupion fabric pieces and completing the fills and edgings in readiness for the machine embroidery. Please watch the second tutorial about this block.
Fabric glue to hold your fabric pieces down and prevent puckering (I love the Sewline glue pen which fades clear when it dries) Check out all their products:–
