Certified Acoustic Service: typically includes reed tuning, reed leather service, reed tongue gapping/positioning, and replacing any said materials if and when necessary.

Certified Cosmetic Service: typically includes thorough cleaning of keys, buttons, baseboard, inside treble grille, inside bass mechanism, bellows folds, remove surface scratches and clean/buff/shine exterior body.
