നവീകരിച്ച എറണാകുളം KSRTC ബസ് സ്റ്റാൻഡ് ഗതാഗതമന്ത്രി കെ ബി ഗണേഷ്കുമാർ ഉദ്ഘാടനം ചെയ്തു. ശക്തമായ മഴ പെയ്ത് വിവേകാനന്ദ തോട് നിറഞ്ഞാൽ വെള്ളത്തിൽ മുങ്ങുന്ന അവസ്ഥ മാറ്റാൻ ബസ് സ്റ്റാൻഡ് ഉയർത്തി.ചുറ്റും കാനയും തോടിന് ചുറ്റും ചുറ്റുമതിലും നിർമിച്ചു. ബസ്സുകൾ നിർത്തിയിടുന്നിടത്തെ തൂണുകൾക്ക് നമ്പർ നൽകി. പുതിയ ശുചിമുറി കോംപ്ലക്സ് നിർമിച്ചു. പുതിയ വൈദ്യുതിവിളക്കുകൾ സ്ഥാപിച്ചു. ടി ജെ വിനോദ് എംഎൽഎയുടെ എംഎൽഎ ഫണ്ടിൽ നിന്നുള്ള തുകയും സ്ഥാപനങ്ങളുടെ സിഎസ്ആർ ഫണ്ടും ഉപയോഗിച്ചായിരുന്നു നവീകരണം.ransport Minister K.B. Ganesh Kumar has officially inaugurated the renovated Ernakulam KSRTC Bus Stand. A key feature of the renovation was elevating the ground level of the station to prevent the chronic flooding that occurs when the nearby Vivekananda Canal overflows during heavy rains. The upgrade includes a comprehensive drainage system, a protective boundary wall around the canal, and a brand-new toilet complex. To improve passenger convenience, parking pillars have been numbered for easy bus identification, and modern LED lighting has been installed throughout the premises. The project was funded through a combination of MLA T.J. Vinod’s Asset Development Fund and CSR contributions from various institutions.
