In the last talk I performed the Dirac's algorithm for the
Hamiltonian formulation of GR in the ADM formalism and studied the constraints stemming from it. In the next talk I will explain why and how to change the phase space variables by introducing the concept of tetrads (and triads) in order to alter the perspective and see the pure gravity as a Yang-Mills theory. The study of the algebra of the constraints in the new pairs follows.
