500g fresh or premade gnocchi
2 Carrots
2 Onions
500g Beef Mince
Bacon Rashers or Lardons
2 400g Tins of Your Favorate Tomatoes
1tsp Dried Oregano
2 Bay Leaves
1 Beef Stock Cube
100ml ish of red wine
1 Handful of Halved Cherry Tomatoes
2 tbs Tomato Puree
