Coconut Wraps by NuCo have only 3 ingredients, and are vegan, paleo, non-GMO. They are also keto, although their 6 grams of carbs minus the 2 grams of dietary fiber uses up 4 grams of carbs for one wrap.
Here I open and test them by grilling a quesadilla on a pan with butter, and another quesadilla with some veggies, straight in the microwave.
Not what I expected!
My own review: 5 out of 10 stars. With anything hot, they don't hold up all that well and get pretty soggy pretty fast. They would probably be fine with cold veggies... but the flavor is best when warmed. So it's an emergency-only food for me.
