It's not a secret technique or special TIG welder settings. It's just controlling weld heat as best you can, using your patience, and every other tool you have to manage what is inevitable - that the panel will deform just a bit at the weld seam. You can account for it, and even control a fair amount of it, but you cannot avoid it. You just want to keep it minimal and workable and in a location you can access and bump smooth after welding. That's what today's video is all about.
Like always, I'll go through the settings on the TIG welder, and do all the after work with our favorite high-value tools from Harbor Freight and Northern Tool.
