This track plays at the Ferox Enclave south of the Graveyard of Shadows in the Wilderness and in it's dungeon.
Ferox Enclave can also being reached with a ring of Dueling, teleporting to Clan Wars or Last Man Standing using the minigame Group Finder feature, exiting the Castle Wars area in a free-to-play word or by using a Waka canoe to row there.

This track is originally from RuneScape named as "Command Centre" which was released on 8 July 2009 with the Mobilising Armies update.
