The Long Beach Iced Tea is an easy variation on the college favourite, the Long Island Iced Tea. Two simple substitutions - coffee liqueur in place of the LIIT's triple sec and cranberry juice instead of cola.

INGREDIENTS
15mL Coffee Liqueur (½ oz)
15mL Vodka (½ oz)
15mL Tequila (½ oz)
15mL Gin (½ oz)
15mL Rum (½ oz)
60mL Cranberry Juice (2 oz)
30mL Fresh Lime Juice (1 oz)
22.5mL Simple Syrup (¾ oz)
METHOD
1. Combine all ingredients into your cocktail shaker
2. Shake with ice
3. Strain over fresh ice into a cooler glass or large capacity high ball
4. Garnish with a wheel of lemon or lime
