The USS Freedom LCS-1 is the lead ship of the Freedom class modern US Navy warships, designed for close to shore, shallow water or littoral operations. Her mono-hull design, together with cavitation water jets instead of standard propeller based propulsion can propel the ship at speeds of up to 40 knots.

This 1/350 scale kit is Trumpeter at its best, clean, crisp moldings, tonnes of detail and includes a ton of photoetch included in the box - how does 120 tie down points made out of etched brass sound to you! Let's open the box and see what is included.
