The Boiler Has Been Getting Louder, Noise coming from the the top of the boiler.
The most common issue is the fan bearings/motor failing, it can also stick and cause the boiler to not fire up.
In this video I show how to lubricate the bearings which can solve the issue, of replace the fan assembly.
Most fan motors are available on eBay, I managed to get a genuine new one.
