I didn't measure but let's try!
In filter basket
• Half basket of Almonds
• Half Oats
• Fresh Vanilla or 1/2 tsp Vanilla extract
• 1 pitted date
• Half of a banana
In Base
• Drinking Water (to your desired fill line)
• 1tbsp Maple Syrup
• Pinch of salt
• 1-2scp Vanilla protein
